We collect account information (email, name), usage data related to agent runs, and optional project metadata. We do not train on your proprietary code without explicit opt-in.

Data is used to provide the Coletix service, improve agent performance, provide support, and communicate product updates. Enterprise customers may configure zero-retention policies.
3. Data storage & security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Self-hosted deployments keep all data within your infrastructure.
4. Third-party services
We use infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, email) bound by strict data processing agreements. A full subprocessor list is available on request.
